BNP Paribas in Canada

Giant Steps is proud of its growing partnership with BNP Paribas, grounded in shared values of inclusion, engagement and opportunity. BNP Paribas Canada teams regularly volunteer at Giant Steps, contributing their time and skills in ways that support students, adult participants, educators and families. 

The partnership extends beyond volunteering. BNP Paribas in Canada is advancing recruitment initiatives focused on neurodiversity, creating opportunities for people with different ways of thinking and learning to contribute and thrive within its teams. 

Giant Steps Adult Education participants have also catered BNP Paribas events and produced sensory fidgets for internal activities. Through this ongoing collaboration, both organizations continue to create meaningful learning experiences, strengthen inclusion and open new pathways to participation and employment.
