Since its launch in 2022, Giant Steps has proudly partnered with St-Hubert on a comprehensive inclusion initiative that fosters both accessible customer experiences and meaningful employment opportunities for autistic individuals across the organization.

This collaboration includes the Inclusive Dining Rooms Sunday initiative, where adapted environments—featuring sensory kits, adjusted lighting and sound levels, and trained staff—create welcoming and inclusive spaces for autistic guests and their families.

In parallel, St-Hubert has implemented inclusive hiring practices across its operations, including restaurants, their call centre, and production facilities.

Together, Giant Steps and St-Hubert are advancing a model of inclusion that transforms both the customer experience and the workplace, demonstrating how businesses can embrace neurodiversity in meaningful and sustainable ways.
